For the Matcha Lover...

This matcha recipe was what got me into matcha the first time. As someone who loves cinnamon, and creamy warm drinks, this recipe it’s a treat mornings or afternoons. Works for both iced or hot matcha lattes. You can choose your preferred milk of choice, and you can even tell the barista at your favorite coffee shop to follow these steps.

You will need:

  • 1 measure (or a packet) or matcha powder

  • Milk of your choice

  • Cinnamon

  • Any sweetener

I warm up a little bit of water (about a shot) and dissolve and mix the matcha powder. Froth your milk with cinnamon. Add the sweetener and the shot of matcha, top it with more cinnamon if you like, and enjoy! if you are telling the barista your order, say to froth the milk with the sweetener and the cinnamon. I am telling you, it makes all the difference!
